Early Journalism & Production: Started his career at CBS News, producing major documentaries and news programs such as 60 Minutes and CBS Reports.
NBC News Leadership: Served as President of NBC News and later President & COO of NBC, where he revitalized flagship programs, expanded Dateline NBC, and co-founded MSNBC.
Sony Music Entertainment: Led Sony’s music division through a period of digital transformation and oversaw the Sony-BMG merger, making it one of the world’s largest music companies.
